Kermit Lynch is a legitimate legend in wine circles. His modest shop in Berkeley, Calif. played a prominent role in the growth of smaller production french wines in the U.S. Noted sommelier Rajat Parr, as part of his ongoing online video series with industry luminaries, sat down with Lynch to discuss his views on the wine industry - Past and present.
