Parr Debuts New Web Interview Series

Sommelier Rajat Parr announced a new video series for the web this week that should be interesting to follow. According to the release announcing the series, Parr will interview “winemakers, chefs, sommeliers and other professionals” who have inspired him. The debut episode features Burt Williams, co-founder of the Williams Selyem Winery brand, best known for its Pinot Noir sourced from various parts of Sonoma County. Here is the first installment:
