We're back - Resolutions for the New Year

Greetings fellow wine and music lovers,

CORKZILLA would like to welcome you all to 2012 - a year that promises to be full of more wine exploration and adventure, accompanied as always by an appropriate musical soundtrack. We took a brief break to evaluate our focus and now we're back!

We're entering this new year with some updated approaches on how we share our thoughts about wine and music with you as we continue our own wine education. We'll continue to share our insights on the wine regions in California we live near, the bottles of wine we drink, and the music we listen to.

In addition we'll be expanding our coverage to include more areas of the wine industry, such as wine bar visits, more winery site evaluations, wine event coverage, video highlights, interviews with industry professionals, and regular opinions on industry-related issues.

Other updates include the timing of our content to adhere to a stricter schedule, using Wednesday through Friday as our window for posts. Beginning in February, our weekly Wine News Around the Web feature will be posted on Thurs. at 6 AM PST.

The now indispensably dispensable Wine and Tunes Pairing will be moving to a once-per-month schedule, to be posted on the last Fri. of the month at 6 AM PST. We believe this feature of the site requires maximum thought and reflection and the new schedule will optimize what we consider the seminal element of the site.
